All classes are $10 for resort and spa guests and members. Locals are also encouraged to take the classes for a drop-in rate of $15 or can purchase a pack of 10 classes for $100 or 5 for $60.

Yoga

Flow Yoga

Classically termed Vinyasa Yoga in the original Sanskrit language; Flow Yogastrengthens, stretches and detoxifies the body by building internal heat, focusing the mind on one’s breath and re-charging the nervous system. Varies.

Sunrise Yoga & Meditation

In alignment with nature’s light source and force at dawn, this class threads opening rays of silence through a breath-centered mindful meditation into soft, heart-focused sun salutations and other Vinyasa sequences.The class builds into a heated flow with also weaving a variety of cooling, stretching asanas (postures) and pranayama (science of breath) techniques. All levels.

Basic Yoga

This practice is great for beginners who are looking to take an in-depth look at the foundations of poses. This class focuses on holding poses while addressing proper body alignment and quieting the mind. All levels.

Restorative Yoga

This class combines gentle movements with deep breathing. It’s a perfect experience for beginners as well as people with specific limitations and recovering from injury. All levels.

Yin Yoga

This practice is a more gentle approach to yoga that provides the body with a deeper stretch, more joint mobility and alleviates pain particularly in the hips, thighs, pelvis, and lower back. You will stay in postures for an average of 5 minutes to stimulate energy flow, increase range of motion and prepare the body for meditation. All Levels.

FITNESS CLASSES

Body Conditioning

This class is designed to work within your different heart rate zones to burn calories and fat while strengthening and toning the entire physique. It varies between core work, resistance training and cardio interval segments to help you build endurance while reshaping your body from head to toe. All Levels.

Mat Pilates

Deep core training that develops muscle balance over your joints. It's an athletic style class that helps you identify and activate stabilizers from your hips to your head. This is a great introduction to any new exercise routine since it sculpts a longer, leaner looking body while improving posture, increases flexibility & prevents injury. All levels.

Guided Hike up Camelback Mountain

Our guided hike is up one of Arizona’s our most exclusive grounds; it will revitalize the mind and body. This hike is designed to maintain elevated cardio-respiratory levels. Please wear appropriate foot wear & sun protection.

***Hike can be physically challenging Intermediate to Advanced fitness conditioning is recommended.
