Once points are accumulated they turn into credits (detailed below) which can be used to purchase anything in Joya Spa, Salon or Boutique.

Levels of Loyalty

• 250 points =  $15 credit
• 500 points = $35 credit
• 750 points = $60 credit
• 1000 points = $90 credit
• 2000 points = Complimentary Treatment (Up to $180 value)

Periodically, bonus points will be awarded for bookings during set promotional periods. Please make sure to read our emails and check out the Montelucia Facebook and Twitter pages for more details on when those will be.

Earning Bonus Points

• 50 points awarded for every $100 in Retail purchases
• 25 points awardedfor rebooking a future service
• 50 points awarded for referring a new guest to Joya
